Kelly Blocker

Kelly Blocker currently serves as the Assistant Head of Middle School and Registrar at St. John's School since July 2022. Previously, Kelly held the position of Director of Analytics and Accountability at PAN AMERICAN ACADEMY CS, where responsibilities included implementing and monitoring schoolwide strategic plans and maintaining high-quality student performance data. Experience also includes serving as Dean of Curriculum and IB Coordinator at Pan American Academy Charter School, where Kelly oversaw the implementation of International Baccalaureate programs and facilitated professional development for teachers. Additional roles encompass being a Foster Parent, Classroom Teacher, and Learning Support Specialist at the International School of Vietnam, Dean of Data, Assessment, and Technology, and Teacher across various educational institutions. Kelly holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on Special Education and Elementary Education from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
