Sandy Ferguson is an experienced professional with a strong background in volunteer coordination and community engagement. Currently serving as the Volunteer Coordinator at St. John's Senior Services since December 2015, Sandy supervises over 150 volunteers and is responsible for assessing needs and implementing solutions. In a previous role as Community Engagement Coordinator, Sandy focused on building partnerships to enhance volunteer involvement. Prior experience includes a position as Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where Sandy contributed to human resources and recruitment processes, and as Admissions Coordinator at Roberts Wesleyan College, facilitating the recruitment and enrollment of graduate business students. Sandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Roberts Wesleyan University.
