Marcia Ganoe

Marcia Ganoe is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical and business management within the aerospace and shipbuilding industries. Currently serving as a Production Manager at St. Johns Ship Building, Inc. since October 2016, Marcia possesses expertise in commercial and defense production, encompassing full-service shipbuilding, aircraft, and missile defense systems. Previously, Marcia held the position of 737 Engineering Manager at The Boeing Company, overseeing requirements, change management, configuration, and certification processes. Marcia’s educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
