Joshua Gobel

Joshua Gobel holds a diverse range of experience in law enforcement and business management. Currently serving as Secretary of the Re-Development Commission in St. Joseph County since September 2022, Joshua also operates Gobel's Commercial Cleaning Services LLC as the Owner, a position held since February 2017. With a decade-long career as a Police Officer at the University of Notre Dame, starting in February 2013, and prior experience as a Police Officer with the South Bend Police Department from June 2003 to March 2008, Joshua has demonstrated a commitment to public safety. As Vice President and Director of Operations for VSS Security Services from November 2007 until December 2023, Joshua oversaw operations across multiple Midwestern states. Additionally, Joshua was the Owner and Branch Manager of Gobel's Xtreme Mobile Detailing from 2019 to August 2023. Educational credentials include certification as a Police Officer from the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy in 2003 and earlier studies at Vincennes University from 2001 to 2002.
