Andrew Barton

Andrew Barton is an experienced pharmacist with a robust background in ambulatory care and clinical pharmacy. Currently serving as the Lead Pharmacist at St. Joseph Hospital since February 2022, Andrew has expanded the Ambulatory Pharmacy Program and established a diabetes education program. Previous roles include positions at Long Term Pharmacy Solutions, where Andrew supervised a team of pharmacists and implemented medication therapy management services, and as a Clinical Pharmacist in an intensive care unit. With early career experience in research and medical writing, Andrew holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Vermont.
