Mike Foley

Mike Foley currently serves as an Adult Education Programme Administrator at St. Joseph's Foundation since September 2022. Prior to this role, Mike Foley was a Chef Instructor at Kerry ETB Training Centre from February 2017 to February 2020, where responsibilities included developing curricula for commis chef apprenticeships. Additionally, Mike has extensive experience as a Chef Instructor/Assessor at various institutions including Dingle Cookery School and National Learning Network for KETB, delivering City and Guilds Level 2 Certificates in Culinary Arts, with a focus on culinary techniques, health and safety, and food safety from 2015 to 2017. Mike Foley holds a degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Tralee RTC, graduated between 1990 and 1992.
