Milan Kanlic

Milan Kanlic started their career at Chrysler in 2005 as a Lead Industrial/Process Engineer, where they implemented lean six sigma practices and led efficiency initiatives. In 2010, they joined St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton as the Operations Manager for the Medical Device Reprocessing Department, where they achieved significant improvements in production volumes, on-time delivery, quality assurance, and employee engagement. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Director of Health Information Management.

Milan Kanlic holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Liverpool with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Milan also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the University of Toronto.
