Rita Dawson

Sr Rita Dawson (DL BSc(Hons) MSc RGN RSCN) is a member of the Religious Sisters of Charity. She is currently Provincial Leader of the English/Scottish Province.

A qualified nurse, Sr Rita has been Matron/Chief Executive of St Margaret of Scotland Hospice in Clydebank since 1986. She is also a Director at St. Andrew’s Hospice (Lanarkshire). Sr Rita has been a member of the board of Trustees at St Josephs since 1 November 2011, and she is chair of the Mission Committee.
