Jason Warner

Jason Warner, PharmD, serves as the Manager of Clinical Informatics and Epic IP Orders Application Lead at St. Joseph's Health since April 2002, where responsibilities include leading a team to coordinate provider workflows during the implementation and optimization of the Epic Electronic Health Record. In addition, Jason holds the position of Clinical Content Coordinator, focusing on the planning, building, and implementation of clinical information systems. Earlier, Jason was the Pharmacy Operations Coordinator, overseeing daily operations in a full-service inpatient pharmacy. As the Owner/Consultant of J. W. Healthcare Informatics, LLC since January 2008, Jason provides technology and workflow guidance to pharmacy departments within health systems. Educational credentials include an MS in Clinical Leadership in Health Management from Union College and a PharmD from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
