Mark Murphy has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Mark currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Trinity Health, a position they assumed in August 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Chief Strategy Officer at St. Joseph's Health from January 2012. In this role, they were responsible for system-wide strategic planning, regional development/affiliations, government relations/advocacy, and continuum of care/community-based care. Mark also had operational responsibilities in various healthcare services. Before joining St. Joseph's Health, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Rome Hospital from November 2019 to February 2021. In this role, they oversaw the overall planning, management, and development of the hospital's services, including acute care, skilled nursing, and ambulatory services.
