Meredith Boss

Meredith Boss has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare industry. Meredith most recently worked at St. Joseph's Health as the Director of Cardiac Service Line and Critical Care starting in November 2022. Before that, they were at Loretto, where they held various leadership roles including Director of Nursing, Director of Restorative Care Unit / Advanced Cardiac Care, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Nurse Manager. Their responsibilities in these positions included overseeing clinical care, coordinating services, providing leadership, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and conducting investigations and follow-ups. Prior to Loretto, Meredith worked as a Registered Nurse at St. Joes Hospital from January 2014 to September 2017.

Meredith Boss completed their education in the following order: they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Crouse Hospital School of Nursing in 2010 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Keuka College between 2015 and 2017. In the next phase of their education, Meredith attended the State University of New York Upstate Medical University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Family Practice Nurse/Nursing from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they are enrolled at SUNY Polytechnic Institute, studying Transformational Leadership starting from 2021.
