Yuri Pashchuk has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on nursing and leadership roles. They started their career as a Student Tech at St. Joseph's Health in 2002 and worked their way up to become a Chief Nursing Officer. Throughout their career at St. Joseph's Health, they held various positions including Interim Chief Nursing Officer, Director of Medical/Surgical, Critical Care, CareFlight Program, Nurse Manager PCU/ICU, and RN. They worked at St. Joseph's Health from 2002 to the present.

In addition to their work at St. Joseph's Health, Yuri Pashchuk also worked at DMAT NY-6 as an RN from 2013 to 2020 and at Mercy Flight Central as a Flight Nurse from 2013 to 2018.

Prior to that, they completed their Masters in Nursing (MSN) Administration at Liberty University from 2015 to 2018. Yuri earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nursing Science from Keuka College between 2010 and 2013. Before their bachelor's degree, Yuri obtained an Associate of Science (AS) in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from St Joseph's College of Nursing at St Joseph's Hospital Health Center from 2003 to 2006. In 2002 and 2003, they attended Onondaga Community College for Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies, but did not obtain a degree. Additionally, Yuri holds certifications as an EMT from the New York State Department of Health, obtained in June 2015, and as a CCRN from the AACN (American Association of Critical-Care Nurses).
