Arsala Sayed has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. They started their career as a Recruitment Specialist at SRK Consultants in 2008 and worked there until 2010. In 2011, Arsala had an HR internship at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces before joining Metro Shoes Ltd as a Sr. HR Executive - Generalist, where they worked until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, Arsala worked as an HR Manager at Magic Bus. They then moved on to One Stop Retail Pvt Ltd as Head of HR from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Arsala is working at St. Jude India ChildCare Centres, initially as Head HR from 2018 to 2023 and later promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer.

Arsala Sayed has a Certificate Course in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School. Arsala also holds an Advanced Human Resource Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Additionally, they have an MMS (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Rizvi Institute of Management Studies and Research. Prior to their higher education, they completed a B.Sc in Physics from JAI HIND COLLEGE, MUMBAI, and their secondary education at St.Anthony High School, where they earned an SSC degree.

Every child suffering from cancer, irrespective of economic status, deserves to get the best chance of surviving the disease and leading a full, healthy, happy life.
