Kelly Dugan

Kelly Dugan is a highly experienced project manager with a career spanning over two decades in healthcare and technology. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and IS Project Manager at St. Lawrence Health since April 2021, Kelly previously held various roles at Canton-Potsdam Hospital, including IT Project Coordinator and Provider Support Liaison, along with experience as a Clinical Application Support Specialist II and Licensed Practical Nurse. Additionally, Kelly has been a Project Manager at Tech Dynamic Designs LLC since June 2014. From April 2000 to July 2005, Kelly was the Director at Wee Care Childcare of Massena, Inc.
