Alison Del Rossi

Alison Del Rossi is an accomplished academic leader currently serving as Vice President of St. Lawrence University and Dean of Academic Affairs, as well as the R. Sheldon ’68 and Virginia H. Johnson Professor of Economics. With a focus on the role of government in the economy and its effects on individuals, Alison Del Rossi teaches various courses including law and economics, public finance, and labor economics. Previous roles include Chair and Director of Graduate Education in the Department of Education and Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs. Alison Del Rossi began an academic career as an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Wyoming. Academic credentials include a PhD in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and English from the University of Delaware.
