Mark Coogan

Mark Coogan is an experienced professional in the field of repairs and maintenance management, currently serving as the Head of Repairs and Maintenance at St Leger Homes of Doncaster Limited since August 2019. With a career spanning over two decades, Mark has held various significant positions, including Management Director at MCS Consultancy Ltd, where strategic consulting services were offered, and Head of Repairs & Neighbourhood Investment at Yorkshire Housing, where Mark led the performance and delivery of key services. Additional roles include Regional Manager for VINCI Facilities and Area Partnership Manager for Connaught PLC, managing multiple social housing contracts.
