Csdm Joseph Chua

Joseph Chua, CSDM, has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Joseph'smost recent role was as the Head of Operations Development at ST Logistics starting in July 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operational Excellence and Technical Learning & Capability at Pfizer Asia Pacific Pte Ltd from January 2018 to July 2019. Joseph also held the position of Vice President, Business Excellence at ST Logistics (Part of Toll Group) from March 2016 to December 2017, and Vice President, Centre of Excellence at SATS Ltd. from October 2010 to February 2016. Additionally, they worked as the Operational Excellence Manager at Roche Singapore Technical Operations from 2008 to 2010, and as the Industrial Engineering Manager at MSD Technology from 2001 to 2008. Joseph began their career as a Senior Industrial Engineer at Seagate Technology from 1998 to 2001, and as a Process Engineer at Strates Pte Ltd from 1996 to 1998.

Joseph Chua, CSDM, holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the National University of Singapore, which they obtained between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they completed an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Glasgow from 1994 to 1996. In addition to their academic achievements, Joseph has obtained the Certified Sustainable Development Manager (CSDM™) certification from the Chartered Institute of Professional Certifications in August 2023.
