Joshua Palacios has a strong background in nonprofit organizations, particularly in the areas of fundraising and community engagement. Joshua currently holds the role of Executive Director of Operations at St. Louis Children's Hospital, where they have been since October 2022. Prior to this, Joshua served as the Director of Individual Giving and Community Partnerships at the same hospital from March 2021 to October 2022.

Before their time at St. Louis Children's Hospital, Joshua worked at the United Way of Greater St. Louis for several years. Joshua also had a brief role as a Resource Development Manager at United Way of Greater St. Louis Inc. from December 2012 to December 2013, as well as a Resource Development Associate at The United Way of Greater St. Louis from April 2011 to December 2012.

Earlier in their career, Joshua worked as a Resource Associate at Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis from September 2007 to April 2011. These experiences have provided him with a solid foundation in nonprofit management and community development.

Joshua Palacios attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2000 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychology degree.
