Kristen Economon has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Kristen has spent a significant portion of their career at St. Louis Children's Hospital, starting in 2005 as a staff nurse/charge nurse and later transitioning to roles such as assistant nurse manager and core charge nurse. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as the nurse manager of the Pediatric ICU before taking on the role of interim director in 2023 and later becoming the director of Pediatric Critical Care.
