Glen Neal possesses extensive experience in safety and building inspection, currently serving as a Safety Representative at St. Louis County and as a Residential Building Lead Inspector with the Madison County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) since 2016. Glen has contributed to public health preparedness through volunteer efforts with the Madison County Medical Reserve Corps. Previous positions include Code Panel Expert at Cadmus Consulting and Shop Steward for the United Steel Workers Local 9189. Glen has played significant roles in the Illinois Council of Code Administrators, promoting professionalism and the unified administration of building codes, and has served as both Vice President and President of the Code Enforcement Officials of Southern Illinois.
