Jo Anna Brown

Jo Anna Brown holds extensive experience in water utility management and community service. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Saint Louis Crisis Nursery and a Committee Member for both the Water Environment Federation and the National Association of Water Companies, Jo Anna advocates for public health and environmental stewardship. As Vice President of Government Affairs and Director of Operations at Central States Water Resources, Jo Anna leads initiatives to enhance water resource management across the United States. Prior roles include Utilities Asset Management Manager for the City of Topeka Government, Utility Manager at American States Utility Services, and Plant Manager at Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority. Jo Anna possesses an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and dual BBA degrees in Marketing and Advertising from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
