Silvy Un Lafayette, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations and roles. Currently, they are the Director of Assessment, Research, and Evaluation at St. Louis Park Public Schools since 2019. Silvy Un Lafayette, Ph.D. has an extensive education history. In 1998, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology at the University of Notre Dame. Following this, from 2004 to 2005, they pursued a Master of Education degree with a concentration in Urban Education at Boston College. Continuing their academic journey, they joined the University of Minnesota and obtained their Ph.D. in Education: Curriculum & Instruction in 2013. Later, from 2012 to 2015, they pursued K-12 Administrative / Principal Licensure at the University of Minnesota.
