Lindsay Gardiner

Lindsay Gardiner began their career in 2004 as a Training Instructor and Supervisor for Panera Bread Company. In this role, they facilitated training of new employees, managers, and corporate associates through classroom, e-learning modules and on-the-job training. Lindsay also presented on-boarding and new hire orientation program to 20-30 new hires on a weekly basis. In 2008, they joined the St. Louis Regional Chamber as Manager, Boards & Administration. In this role, they provided strategic administrative support to the President & CEO and EVP/COO, Strategic Initiatives & Operations to support optimal use of their time and resources and effective achievement of goals and responsibilities. Lindsay also served as the primary contact for the Board of Directors and associated working groups. Additionally, they managed, organized and developed communications and logistics for meetings, events and outreach for 15-county, bi-state region. Lindsay also developed relationships and served as point of contact for Educational Attainment and Investor department outreach. Later, they took on the role of Program Manager Board & Administration and Program Assistant. In both roles, they planned and executed 20-30 meetings and special events in a year. Lastly, they served as Business Recruitment Project Coordinator, where they prepared, assembled, and transmitted Requests for Proposals and Information to businesses interested in relocating or expanding in the 16-county, bi-state region.

Lindsay Gardiner completed their Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University between 2010 and 2012. Lindsay obtained their Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale between 2002 and 2007. Lindsay also attended Triad High School.
