Samuel Su enjoyed a fulfilling journey in the public sector, holding positions at the Monetary Authority of Singapore, where they focused on banking supervision, policy making, and corporate planning from 2008 to 2013. Transitioning to the Ministry of Social and Family Development, Samuel worked on financial assistance policies to support vulnerable families from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they serve as the Head of Centre-Based Services at St Luke's ElderCare, overseeing daycare services in Senior Care Centres, and previously directed the NTUC Health Tampines Nursing Home.
