Roles included overseeing recruitment, employment relations, learning and development, workplace health and safety, and performance management. Paul’s early career involved consultancy work at Lorraine Poulos and Associates and Leana Street Consulting, along with HR management at St John of God Health Care and St Luke's Care. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of New England.
