Paul Ryken

Paul Ryken is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in managing HR functions across various organizations in the health and aged care sectors. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at St Luke's Care since May 2022, Paul previously held HR management positions at Pathways Residences, Meditech Staffing, and Twilight Aged Care. Roles included overseeing recruitment, employment relations, learning and development, workplace health and safety, and performance management. Paul’s early career involved consultancy work at Lorraine Poulos and Associates and Leana Street Consulting, along with HR management at St John of God Health Care and St Luke's Care. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of New England.
