Susan Manke is an experienced professional with a diverse background in financial management, operations, and administrative support. Currently serving as the Development & Board Coordinator at St. Lukes Community House since May 2023, Susan also holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Spangler Entertainment Inc since July 2019, where responsibilities include managing financial actions and forecasting for the entertainment production company. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Cipher Systems, where internal processes were managed to support sales and marketing teams, and Executive Assistant at Compass Executives and Nashville Management Group, providing comprehensive administrative support. Susan's career began as an Administrative Specialist at the United Way of Greater Nashville, focusing on donor management for high-end contributors. Susan holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Programming from Nashville State Community College.

St. Luke's serves children, families and seniors from diverse backgrounds and puts them on a path for a better future. In our rich 100+ year history, St. Luke's has continually responded to the needs of the community and has evolved into a place where residents from across Davidson County can access multiple services under one roof. We feed hungry individuals and families through our Food Bank and Mobile Meals programs. We help prevent and end family homelessness and disrupt cycles of poverty through the work of our Family Empowerment Program. Our diverse Preschool program prioritizes the needs of low-income families who cannot afford the rising costs of childcare, while providing a literacy-rich education to 120+ students daily. We also offer seasonal programs, such as free tax preparation and holiday support, to further enrich the lives of people in our community.
