Glynis Cowart

Glynis Cowart, MPA, CPHIMS, CPPM, CPC, currently serves as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall, a position held since December 2015, with a progressive career in information technology roles including Assistant Vice President, Director, and Manager in the same organization. Previously, Glynis held the position of CIO at MedExcel USA, Inc. from January 2008 to November 2013, and served as a board member of YWCA USA's National Coordinating Board, contributing as Secretary, Executive Committee Member, and co-chair of the Technology Task Force. Educational achievements include a Master of Public Administration in Healthcare Administration from Marist College and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Alliance University.
