Logan also worked as a Senior Research Associate at the Center for the Elimination of Minority Health Disparities (CEMHD) from March 2013 to June 2014.

Logan Tierney obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Anthropology, Latin American Studies, and Spanish from SUNY New Paltz in 2012. After that, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Physical and Biological Anthropology as well as Medical Anthropology from the University at Albany, SUNY, from 2012 to 2015.
