Marlene Ripa

Marlene Ripa has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being Vice President of Business Development & Network Strategy at Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall since August 2021. Before that, they were the Leader of Value Based Account Management at MVP Health Care from May 2020 to August 2021. Previously, they worked at Montefiore Health System as Senior Director of Network Integration from June 2018 to April 2020, and as Director of System Transformation from May 2015 to June 2018. Prior to that, Marlene held multiple roles at The Hudson Center, including Director of Program Operations from May 2014 to April 2015, Program Manager from October 2011 to May 2014, and Account Manager from October 2008 to October 2011. Marlene started their career at Hudson Health Plan as a Supporting Excellence Coordinator from 2005 to 2007.

Marlene Ripa completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Manhattan College. This was achieved between the years 1999 and 2003. More recently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Iona University, where they were enrolled from 2018 to 2020.
