Scott Studden

Director Of Diagnostic Imaging at St. Luke’s

Scott Studden has over 25 years of experience in operations management in the delivery of Imaging Services. Scott started their career as a Radiology Manager at Chattanooga Imaging, where they managed operations for three outpatient imaging centers and expanded mobile radiology services to local healthcare organizations. Scott then worked at SMDC as a Radiology Manager, overseeing imaging departments in hospital and clinic settings. In 2001, they joined St. Luke's Hospital Duluth MN as the Director of Diagnostic Imaging, where they were responsible for strategic business planning, physician-hospital relationships, budget development, staff development and accountability, process improvement, and cost containment. Scott had full P&L responsibility for hospital imaging operations.

Scott Studden earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nuclear Medicine Technology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 1986 to 1991. Scott later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Health Services Administration from the University of St. Francis from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, Scott holds a certification as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.
