Prior roles include Executive Creative Director at MullenLowe London from September 2011 to June 2017, and Creative Director/Art Director positions at DDB London and Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising from 2004 to 2011. Richard began the career as an Art Director at RKCR/Y&R in London, working from 1995 to 2003.
