Emily McLoughlin has more than a decade of diverse experience in music education and language instruction. Currently serving as the Worship Gatherings Associate and Instrumental Music Teacher at St. Luke's Lutheran Church and School since 2012, Emily also engages as a freelance musician and translator, showcasing skills as a violinist and pianist in various orchestras and special events. Previous roles include teaching Spanish and ESOL at Lyman High School, instructing violin and piano at multiple educational institutions, and serving as a Graduate Teaching Associate and Writing Consultant at the University of Central Florida. Emily holds a Certificate in Spanish-English Translation from the University of Arizona, an MA in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from the University of Central Florida, and a BA in Music from St. Olaf College.
