Joven Reyla

Joven Reyla is currently serving as a Junior Manager in Organizational Development and Talent Management at St. Luke's Medical Center since September 2023. Previously, Joven held the position of HR Supervisor for Learning and Development at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital from January 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included performance management and candidate profiling. Earlier experience includes working as a KRC Program Officer for the National Confederation of Cooperatives, a College Instructor at STI College Global City and Isabela State University, and as a Field Reporter for Bombo Radyo Philippines. Joven is pursuing a Master of Arts in Public Administration at Rizal Technological University, having previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with a focus on Broadcast Journalism from Cagayan State University.
