Marlon Angelo Rabanal serves as the Associate Director of Diagnostics and Therapeutics 1 at St. Luke's Medical Center since July 2012 and holds multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Associate Director of Healthcare Academy Clinical Training and Department Manager for Nursing. With extensive experience in clinical education, Marlon conducts specialized trainings in areas such as Oncology Nursing and Blood and Marrow Transplantation. Additional responsibilities include leading the Institutional Sharpshooter Team and co-heading teams focused on Port Access Care and Blood and Marrow Transplantation certification. Previously, Marlon worked as a Staff Nurse in various capacities from 2012 to 2016. Currently, Marlon also holds the position of Secretary for the Philippine Oncology Nurses' Association, Inc. and has served as the Public Relations Officer for the Philippine Oncology Nurses Association until May 2024. Marlon holds a Nursing degree from Trinity University of Asia and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Nursing from the same institution. Marlon is also a Certified Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
