Harlec Doran

Harlec Doran currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for the Social Economic Council of Sint Maarten since September 2024. Doran has extensive experience in human resources, having held various positions at St. Maarten Medical Center since October 2016, including Human Resources Manager, Interim Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Supervisor. In addition, Doran was a Board Member and Substitute Board Member for the Social Economic Council of Sint Maarten from May 2018 to April 2023 and worked as a Business Development Consultant for Amani Unlimited from April 2015 to October 2016. Doran holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, earned between 2001 and 2006.
