Carol Pebley-Rickey

Carol Pebley-Rickey is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at St. Madeleine Sophie's Center since May 2015, Carol has previously held positions at SGN Nutrition/Pharmachem Laboratories, Inc. as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition, Gate Gourmet as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition/Contract, and SRC Companies as a Contract HR Manager, among others. Carol has successfully coordinated high-volume recruitment efforts, managed employee benefits administration, and supported executive staff across various organizations. Carol holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Dominican College and two Associate of Arts degrees from American River College and Bauder College in Legal Assistant/Paralegal and Fashion Merchandising, respectively.
