Greg Till

Greg Till is an experienced human resources executive with a notable career spanning various leadership roles. Currently, Greg serves as the EVP and Chief People Officer at Providence Health System, leading HR initiatives in a mission-driven organization. Prior to this, Greg held senior positions at Raytheon, including SVP, CHRO Field HR & Talent, and Executive Director of Field HR, contributing significantly to talent management and organizational effectiveness in a large-scale operation. Greg's earlier experience includes consulting roles at Arthur Andersen & Co., where organizational structure and leadership development were key focuses, along with foundational internships at ExxonMobil and Communication Research Associates. Academically, Greg holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior and advanced degrees in Human Resources Management and Organizational Communication from Purdue University, complemented by a BA in Interpersonal Communication from the University at Buffalo.
