Heidi Hansen

Heidi Hansen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and military operations. Currently serving as the Director of IS Service Delivery at Providence since December 2016, Heidi has successfully led modernization efforts and collaborated across departments to enhance service delivery in various hospital units. Prior roles include Clinical Manager at Providence St. Peter’s Hospital, where management responsibilities spanned up to 150 Caregivers, and significant improvements in operational efficiency and caregiver retention were achieved. Heidi's military background includes roles with the Washington Army National Guard, where responsibilities encompassed IT management, network infrastructure, and leadership of over 200 soldiers. Additionally, Heidi has contributed to community health improvement projects as a Practice Transformation Coach and has held leadership positions in various healthcare settings, demonstrating a robust commitment to quality and safety in patient care. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Public Health and a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences from the University of Oklahoma.
