Jessica Craig

Jessica Craig, Ph.D., is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational performance, currently serving as the Director of Talent, Performance, & Executive Development at Providence. Jessica has held several leadership roles, including Director of Talent & Performance Management and Principal of Talent Management. In academia, Jessica contributes as an Adjunct Professor and Dissertation Committee Member at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Previously, Jessica worked at The Walt Disney Company in various consultancy roles focused on organizational performance and change management. Jessica's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University-Los Angeles and a Master of Science in the same field from Marshall Goldsmith School of Management.
