Katie Taylor

Katie Taylor has extensive experience in human resources, notably serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and Interim Chief Human Resources Officer at Providence and Providence St. Mary Medical Center from March 2024 to July 2024. Prior roles include Manager of HR Business Partner at St. Jude Medical Center from October 2014 to July 2024, where responsibilities included strategic HR consulting and employee relations support for nursing services. Katie also worked as a Labor & Employee Relations Specialist at St. Joseph Hospital from July 2008 to October 2014, and as a Human Resources Generalist at St. Joseph Health from July 2007 to July 2008. Currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration/Management at the University of Phoenix, Katie previously earned a Bachelor's in Management from the same institution.
