Katy Kennedy, M.S., PA-C, currently serves as a Physician Assistant Certified at Providence since September 2022. Prior to this role, Katy was a Physician Assistant Student Tutor at Le Moyne College from September 2021 to August 2022, and worked as a Medical Assistant at Providence St. Joseph Health in Southern California from September 2018 to August 2020, specializing in outpatient Critical Care/Pulmonology. Katy’s earlier experiences include serving as a Student Medical Assistant at MemorialCare Medical Group and as a Crew Member at Trader Joe's. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Le Moyne College, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Portland, and a Clinical Medical Assistant degree from Saddleback College. Notable undergraduate experiences include research with Dr. Tara Prestholdt on purple shore crabs and assisting in organic chemistry labs as a Teaching Assistant. Katy graduated from JSerra Catholic High School in 2013.
