Katy O'Connor

Katy O'Connor, SPHR, CCP, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Central Division at Providence Health, having previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer for Washington and Montana. O'Connor has extensive experience in human resources leadership, including roles as Vice President of Human Resources at SSA Marine and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at HomeStreet Bank and Zenith American Solutions. Additionally, O'Connor was Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations at Darigold. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Law and Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University.
