Lindsey Walker, PharmD, BCPS, is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Providence since September 2023 and an Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist at Adventist Health Columbia Gorge since January 2023. Previously, Lindsey worked at Fred Meyer from June 2010 to November 2023 in various roles including Pharmacist, Graduate Intern, Pharmacy Intern, and Pharmacy Technician. Additionally, Lindsey completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from June 2021 to August 2022 and gained experience as a Pharmacy Intern at Northwest Compounders from May 2019 to June 2020. Lindsey holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Pacific University, focusing on underserved and rural healthcare, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Washington State University. An educational background includes an Associates of Applied Technology in Pharmacy Technician Leadership from Clark College.
