William Calhoun serves as Chief Executive of Providence Montana since February 2024, leading one of Montana's largest healthcare organizations, which has a rich history of serving the community since 1864. Prior to this role, William held the position of President & Chief Executive Officer at Kearney Regional Medical Center from 2018 to 2024. William's extensive experience in healthcare management includes roles such as President of Hospital Operations and CEO of Community Hospitals at Health First (2014-2017), President and Executive Regional Vice President at Ministry Health Care (2007-2014), Chief Operating Officer at The Aroostook Medical Center (2005-2007), and Vice President and Director of Rehabilitation Services at Ministry Health Care (1992-2005). William Calhoun holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an M.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and has completed a Leadership Program in Health Care Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Superior.
