Channing Chin serves as the Medical Director of the Bariatric & Specialty Surgery Center of Paramus and as a Bariatric Surgeon at New York Bariatric Group since October 2018. Additionally, Channing holds the position of Director of Bariatric Surgery at St. Mary's General Hospital since July 2019. Channing previously worked as a Bariatric Surgeon at Western Bariatric from August 2011 to August 2018, following a Bariatric Surgery Fellowship at The NEW Program from July 2010 to June 2011. Channing completed a General Surgery Residency at UMDNJ University Hospital from July 2005 to June 2010 after earning an MD in Medicine from St George's University School of Medicine between 2001 and 2005, and a B.S. in Zoology from Louisiana State University from 1997 to 2001.
