Diva Jain is a seasoned healthcare operations manager with extensive experience in practice management and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations for Physician Practice Management at St. Mary's Health Care System since January 2020, Diva Jain drives essential projects related to practice development and physician recruitment. Previously, Diva Jain held the position of Practice Administrator at Ancora Pain Recovery, where oversight of multiple medical practices, ambulatory surgery centers, and billing teams was established, ensuring financial efficiency and optimized service delivery. Additional roles include Director of Laboratory Services, where a CLIA-certified clinical toxicology lab was developed, and Director of Pharmacy Operations, overseeing four retail pharmacies. Early career experience includes positions with CVS Health as Lead Pharmacy Technician and Shift Supervisor. Diva Jain holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Georgia and an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Piedmont University.
