Stephanie Rachquel Kemp BSN, RN, ACM-RN, CCM, CPPM is a highly experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a Health Information Specialist at Trinity Health since April 2023, specializing as an Epic Credentialed trainer for various medical disciplines. Since March 2019, Stephanie has been the Practice Manager at St. Mary's Health Care System overseeing internal medicine, outpatient diabetes education, and endocrinology. Prior roles include Practice Manager II at Piedmont Healthcare, where management of a community care clinic was conducted, and RN Unit Manager at Athens Gastroenterology and Athens Endoscopy, LLC, focusing on team management and patient care in an ambulatory setting. Additionally, experience as an Acute Care Case Manager/Complex Discharge Planner was gained at Northeast Georgia Health System, providing complex case management and discharge planning in various acute care environments. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Chamberlain University and has further education in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Morehouse School of Medicine and the University of North Georgia.
