Nikkita Drake is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as a Mental Health Clinician at Community Counseling Services since March 2023. Prior to this role, Nikkita worked as a Children's Outpatient Clinician and Case Manager II at Maine Behavioral Healthcare from January 2019 to May 2023. Experience in the field also includes position as a Special Education Teacher Assistant at Sandcastle Clinical & Educational Services from January 2015 to January 2019 and as a Behavioral Health Technician at Connections For Kids from March 2014 to August 2015. Nikkita holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Maine, attained in May 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from the University of Southern Maine, completed in 2018. Additionally, Nikkita earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Central Maine Community College in 2014 after graduating with a high school diploma from Mountain Valley High School in 2009.
