Crcst Vikki Kincheloe

Vikki Kincheloe, CRCST, is a dedicated sterilization technician currently employed at St. Mary's Medical Center, responsible for the maintenance and tracking of surgical instrumentation and ensuring proper sterilization protocols are followed. Previously, Vikki served as an instrument technician at Indian Creek ASC and worked as a materials manager at Saint Luke's Surgicenter Lee's Summit, where initiatives for purchasing protocols were led. Earlier experience includes maintaining OR materials as an OR materials manager at Menorah Medical Center and overseeing supply cart locations as a regional resource manager at Carondelet Health Network. Vikki also contributed to the education of future professionals as an educator of sterile processing at Metropolitan Community College. Academic achievements include an Associate of Arts degree in Business from the University of Phoenix and a high school diploma from Blue Springs High School.
