Kelly Pearce, FACHE has a strong background in healthcare administration and leadership. Kelly is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at St. Mary's Medical Center since February 2022. Prior to this role, they held various positions at SSM Health, including Vice President of Hospital Operations from 2012 to 2018 and Administrative Director of Nursing Operations from 2009 to 2012. In addition, they were a Manager of Critical Care at Des Peres Hospital from 2005 to 2009. Kelly Pearce is also actively involved in the community as a Board Member of the Empower Scholarship Fund since 2015 and an Advisory Board Member of the Four Rivers Career Center Health Science Occupations Program from 2014 to 2019.

Kelly Pearce, FACHE, obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Deaconess College of Nursing between 1996 and 2000. In 2004, they attended the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they earned a Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree in the field of Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Kelly Pearce has also obtained various certifications, including FACHE from the American College of Healthcare Executives in September 2017, Lean Silver Certification from Simpler Consulting, an IBM Company (exact date unknown), and Lean Bronze Certification, also from Simpler Consulting, an IBM Company, in 2015.

St. Mary’s Center for Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine is part of an elite group accredited by the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society (UHMS). UHMS accredited facilities have met the highest standards of care and patient safety. Presently there are only 5 centers in Missouri that hold this accreditation.
